About “The Other Half”

“The Other Half” is the running journal of a college kid as he makes the transition from living in the heart of the Midwest to living in the heart of the epicenter of geopolitics. Needless to say, there are bound to be some interesting stories to tell…

This whole thing started as a networking idea – an opportunity to keep friends family, employers and other people I’m connected to up-to-date on all of the new things I’m doing with my time in DC. I wanted to do this in a way that would be different than the occasional courtesy e-mail.
